When a multi-location insurance company needed to outfit two major offices simultaneously, they faced a complex challenge: furnishing 148 workstations in their New York City location and 150 workstations at their USA Headquarters in Stamford, CT, all while adhering to a lean budget. For LaCOUR, this presented an opportunity to showcase our ability to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions across multiple sites.
The Challenge
The client required a comprehensive furniture solution for two large-scale office spaces totaling 33,000 square feet. The dual-location project, tight budget constraints, and simultaneous installation timelines presented potential complications that could impact both cost and schedule.
The LaCOUR Approach
Leveraging our expertise in large-scale projects and cost optimization, we implemented a strategic solution. By combining both jobs, we maximized yields and optimized costs for the client. Our team carefully managed the challenging schedules for both locations, ensuring on-time delivery and installation. The Ryan Workstation line provided the perfect solution, offering flexibility and quality within budget parameters.

The Results
Both projects were successfully completed on schedule, with New York's installation finishing on October 1, 2023, and Connecticut's on November 1, 2023. The organization reported significant improvements in collaboration, productivity, and worker morale across both locations. The success of these projects has led to an expanded relationship, with LaCOUR now assisting the client with their Arizona office expansion planned for 2025.
What began as a challenging multi-site project for this multi-location insurance company became a testament to LaCOUR's ability to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions that drive long-term partnerships. Our relationship with them began in 2023 and flourished into a trusted, ongoing collaboration spanning multiple locations and years.
