Private Office Project:
Precision in Design and Execution

When a major firm began planning its new 25,000-square-foot office in West Palm Beach, Florida, the project required more than a standard furniture installation. The challenge was the complexity of the project: a single private office design adapted into eight different layouts, plus custom solutions for executive leadership.

The Challenge

Each office followed a consistent design language, yet no two were alike. With multiple custom wall units and a one-of-a-kind private office for the CEO, the project demanded careful attention to detail and seamless coordination with electricians, contractors, and other trades.

The LaCOUR Approach

LaCOUR embraced the challenge with a commitment to collaboration and flawless execution. To ensure accuracy, we dispatched both our General Manager of Plant Operations and our project manager to oversee installation on-site. This high-touch approach allowed us to coordinate directly with all trades and resolve potential issues in real time.

The Results

LaCOUR delivered 208 private offices, including custom solutions, with precision and consistency across every variation. The engineering and production teams collaborated closely to resolve design complexities and ensure flawless alignment. The outcome was a workplace that met executive standards while maintaining design integrity across the entire office footprint.

The project, completed in September 2022, exemplifies LaCOUR’s ability to handle complexity and deliver results that exceed expectations. By combining craftsmanship with attentive project management, LaCOUR turned a demanding specification into a showcase of reliability, flexibility, and trust.
